Monster.com's 'Career Coach' Job Search Results

Below are the first three search results I return for a 'career coach' job.  As you can clearly see ... I'm having difficulty figuring out which jobs to show you!  I don't understand the contextual relevance of the  works, 'career coach'.  Should I return job postings containing the word 'career', or 'coach', or 'career coach'?  Clearly, the jobs 'Academic Coach' and

'Motor Coach Operator' are off the mark and irrelevant.  I'm so confused!.
